Payment and access
Prices are stated in Russian rubles for one month of access. Before paying, confirm your selected plan, its limits, the total amount and activation time with support, and identify the Lyrarma ID account to which the subscription should be assigned.
The service is provided online: after payment is confirmed, the selected plan is assigned to your Lyrarma ID account. Physical delivery is not required and there is no delivery charge. If the plan has not appeared in your account, contact support with your payment reference.
If payment is made through Robokassa, enter payment details only on its secure payment page. Never send your card number, security code, password or sign-in token to support.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel a subscription and request a refund, contact support@lyrarma.com within 14 calendar days after payment. This is the deadline for submitting a request, not the time it takes for funds to reach your account.
Include the Lyrarma ID username or account email, the plan name, payment date, amount and transaction reference or receipt. This information is used to locate the payment and verify the request. Do not include full card details or passwords.
Support handles the refund and informs you of its status. Funds are returned using the original payment method; the time they take to appear in your account depends on the bank and payment provider. The 14-day request period does not limit rights granted by applicable law.
